Terry Tanner, PMO Executive Consultant

Terry Tanner serves as Tricorp’s leading expert on developing processes, procedures, and methodologies for establishing organizational project and program management within cutting edge businesses.

He has deep experience in establishing Project/Program Management Office organizational structures including helping customers migrate from the original PMO structure which was designed for a waterfall methodology to an agile structured PMO. He has designed the methodology, processes, procedures, and organizational framework for PMOs in several large companies and government agencies, including the PMO for the City and County of Denver.

Terry earned a B.B.A in Management from Angelo State University and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin. He is professionally certified by the Project Management Institute since December of 2001 as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and achieved the Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM) from Agile University in October of 2009.
