Alan Baxter, Data Migration
Alan Baxter has served in roles of escalating responsibility over the last 29 years, starting from System Design, to Senior Data Architect, to Solutions Architect on numerous international projects. Most recently, Mr. Baxter architected the solution for data synchronization between mainframe and DMSII legacy databases at USPTO.
Prior to USPTO, Alan architected multiple solutions for Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership in a mission critical environment. In addition to designing strong migration design plans, Mr. Baxter maintains his strong programming skills in COBOL, Easytrieve, JCL and SQL/PL/SQL, Java and VB Script, HTML, DBX. He brings experience with Fortune 100, government agencies and mid-size corporations offering consistent quality and delivery of major data migration programs.
Alan Baxter leads Tricorp’s data migration programs. His architect skills and hands-on mainframe and data migration expertise along with strong programming skills provides our customers with a predictable migration outcome.
