As a Chief Information Officer (CIO), Senior Technology Executive, ITIL Expert, as well as IT, Enterprise, and Digital Service Management (ITSM/ESM/DSM) and Business Continuity leader, Jeffery brings to Tricorp twenty-six years leading initiatives and organizations.

Jeff is experienced in all business areas of IT, with a real passion for enhanced customer experience and satisfaction. He provides an expert-level understanding of Service Management and how to leverage the ITSM/ESM/DSM frameworks for all modern paradigms, including Agile, Waterfall, SDLC, DevOps, Cloud, and Outsourced workforce. Strong communication skills and a vision to drive change enable Jeff to take complex problems and create solutions for varied audiences, from the C-level to all levels of an organization.

He generously shares his professional knowledge on an even broader level through his five books, weekly Podcast, and YouTube training channel with hundreds of videos on IT and ITSM leadership!

As a youth basketball coach for the past twenty-two years, Jeff is also passionate about helping the next generation become confident leaders.
