TRICORP offers exciting opportunities with some of the nations most dynamic and forward thinking corporations. Our opportunities span across the US in numerous major cities. We welcome you to look at our current openings and submit your resume to any position that fits your professional experience. Each week we receive approximately 25 new position openings. Therefore, we have more job openings than we could possibly list on our website. We may contact you about other openings that match your skills that are not currently posted on our site. Each open position within our site has all of the details about the compensation, type of role, length of contract (if contracting assignment), and describes how to apply. We ask all candidates to record their compensation requirements when applying to our site so we align your compensation needs to the proper positions. It also helps to assure we have important information about your needs on file to avoid relying on verbal discussions that might be hard to recall later. We suggest you determine your compensation by your most recent engagements, a bit of market research and your own expectations. We can offer advice but it is a personal decision how you price your professional skills, how many opportunities you make available to yourself based on price and how that price affects the number of people you may compete with to perform each role. For help with determining contracting hourly rates, please see Compensation Guidelines to Contracting. Other information we require includes authorization to work in the US, availability to interview and availability to start a new assignment or position.
The majority of the individuals we submit to our clients do enjoy the opportunity to interview for the position. Our clients are responsive and serious about making IT workforce decisions for their organizations. It is best to apply only for those positions that match your skills. If your resume matches the majority of the position requirements but you are missing one item or experience it is wise to add a similar experience or skill you have performed to your resume. Generic resumes that are used for every type of opening do not always tell the story about how well you fit a position. The more your resume is customized to demonstrate a match the more likely you will be selected for an interview. Additional information on Resume Development.
