Ravinder Avala, Senior ITSM SME and ServiceNow Architect

Ravinder leads Tricorp’s ITSM practice and is responsible for delivery of ServiceNow solutions for Tricorp clients. He brings fifteen years of comprehensive IT experience in management, design, development and implementation of Enterprise Applications, ITSM and Data Centers. Ravinder leads both strategic efforts for Tricorp clients to plan the ServiceNow ITSM strategy and then executes the solution with other team members. His background includes integration, development, configuration and customization of ServiceNow and is a certified ServiceNow administrator. Ravinder supports Tricorp and our teaming partners in designing written solutions for customer RFI and RFP responses.
